I don't know why it took me this long to write a review for this restaurant but here I am, after eating here one too many times! I must say, I ABSOLUTELY INDULGE IN THE AMBIANCE AND THE FOOD! It's such a nice steakhouse/bar that is very accessible and near the mall. Perfect for after a long day of shopping! The interior design of this restaurant is so modern, integrating a circular concept for the bar and having the dinning tables in the back and second floor! All of the food I ordered here was amazing. What surprised me was the potato side that came with the Joey steak. Who would have thought to have stuffed potato in an wonton wrapper!! What a nice spin on new American cuisine! My favorite was of course the steak and the cheesecake! Sweets are my kryptonite and this dessert was not too dense or overly sweet!

Service was superior, staff moved quickly and were attentive. The food also came out very quickly, but rhetorical restaurant was not insanely busy. It is absolutely beautiful in there, the music was great and the dim lighting made it a good spot for a date or even drinks. Nice to have a restaurant in the area open past 10pm on weekends. Will be back!

We had a group of 25 for an anniversary party and the entire staff took the best care of us. From entry with the complimentary bubbly, friendly and accommodating service throughout the main meal and specialized dessert for the special couple. Our server Luis was the best! Along with the entry host, head chef( Sway) and manager. One of the staff took some cool pictures with the group too. They made us feel like family. The food and atmosphere was great too! Bravo Joey Aventura! We'll be back!

An undeniable upscale vibe that started with a complimentary glass of champagne upon entry! This was an amazing dining experience that included fabulous food, great cocktails and excellent service. Honestly, the food wait time was quite long, but once the food arrived it was so delicious! This restaurant is a must dine, relax and be fancy!

What a great addition to Aventura Mall. Joey is located in the Esplanade section accessible only from outside the mall. I think it was because of a happy hour special (before 7 pm) that we were greeted by the hostess and treated to complimentary champagne before being escorted to our table. What a nice gesture and touch! The food was fresh and delicious. I tried a bite of the Mediterranean chicken and I myself ordered the Chilean sea bass - both great! My sea bass was delicious, cooked to perfection and accompanied by mini mushrooms, bok choy, and potatoes - loved every bite. Both dishes full of flavor. Nice outdoor patio and music playing the latest hits. And this part of the mall is so nice and quiet (away from the maddening crowds). My only suggestion for improvement is to serve customers in the order they were seated. The server took the order of someone seated after us first and didn't reappear to take our order until 10 minutes later. They got their food first too, which was unfair given we had been seated before them and were starving. Also, we were given a tiny table for two that felt claustrophobic under the outdoor umbrellas and foliage on the patio, while the two people sat after us were given a nice big table of four. The umbrellas should be closed in the evening to provide more natural light. But all in all, I would definitely come back here again!

Food 5/5 highly recommend. My friend and I shared appetizers and everything was just delicious and cooked to perfection. We ordered the sliders which were incredible! We also had chicken lettuce wraps, truffle fries, gyoza dumplings. Honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Service 5/5- staff were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were brought out fast. We got complimentary champagne which is always a plus. Ambiance 5/5- it's giving elevated casual/American bar. They have a decent sized bar by the entrance. Great place. Would def come again.

I visited this restaurant in Aventura and I must say that every dish was perfectly paired with a side. My favorite was the chicken which was seasoned to perfection and served with a delicious salad. The dressing elevated the dish to the next level. We also ordered the crab cake which was flavorful and meaty. Who doesn't love a stuffed crab cake? The service was great as we were greeted with a glass of bubbly. The bartender, MIA, was exceptional! The ambiance was perfect for a date night or for a casual bite to eat.

Absolutely Adore this restaurant, it was that great. intimate and chill. The service was superb and the food was YUMMY, extremely delicious. I have no complaints what's so ever. I suggest you book a reservation and have the blackened chicken- it was made to perfection. (I know it's chicken but it was some damn good chicken). The apps are also amazing so go hungry. This is a place you can enjoy whether you're doing a solo date or enjoying a night with someone special / or in a group. It's that type of place. Putting this on my top 10 places to eat in 2024.
